Neck Up is an intuitive app powered by MoltyOrtho that helps you detect bad postures that cause neck pain and damage sustained from looking down at your cell phone, tablet, or other wireless devices too frequently and for too long.

These days, people are constantly connected to their hand-held devices in a way that can cause up to 60 lbs of strain on the neck, NeckUp is an application that helps you to monitor your neck posture by measuring the degree of your neck posture. The use of it is very simple and the principle is based on the X, Y, Z coordinates recovered from your device while using it.

So how can a "Neck Up" help you? Neck Up run in the background and as a reminder, monitor your posture and creates statistics and percentages of progress for each single session of use without external wearables or devices.

-Angle Detection

This is a core feature in this application in which user detect good posture and bad posture while mobile rotation. If user use phone in bad angle then it shows bad posture and if user use phone in good angle then it shows good, average and excellent according to the angle. It detects mobile angle according to device rotation.

-Posture works on these angles:

If angle of device is greater than equal to 90 degrees, It is Excellent.

If angle of device is greater than equal to 75 degrees, It is Good.

If angle of device is greater than equal to 45 degrees, It is Average.

If angle of device is greater than equal to 30 degrees, It is Bad.

Daily Posture Result indicates daily result of user posture which is result of using mobile in good posture or bad posture. This result is combination of different mobile angles.

-Notification shows immediate notification, hourly notification, daily notification and monthly notification.
